Bill O’Reilly is the most popular right wing talk show host in the american TV show business, his main talk show, The O'Reilly Factor is most rated fox new talk show in past 20 years. But After The New York Times revealed sexual accusation on Bill O’Reilly, now he's getting widespread criticism.

According to the The New York Times and the daily beast Bill O’Reilly and Fox New settle around $13 million with 5 separate woman. all of them are former female colleagues of Bill O’Reilly. Two of sexual harassment cases related to Andrea Mackris and Juliet Huddy previasly known by the public. But The New York Times revealed new cases related to TV host host Rebecca Diamond who work in the Fox Business Network, junior producer Rachel Witlieb Bernstein formerly work as a Bill's junior producer and ex-anchor Laurie Dhue.

In response to The New York Times and one of most frequent guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Wendy Walsh's revealed sexual accusation on Bill, now Bill hosted Fox News Shows loosing their majority ad sponsor companies. Companies like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus and Mitsubishi already confirm they will remove their ads form The O'Reilly Factor. T. Rowe Price, Ainsworth Pet Nurition, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer, Sanofi, Credit Karma, Orkin, Esurance, and TrueCar also express they will discontinued their ads form Bill's hosted shows. but several other major sponsors , including Microsoft, Hulu, Pfizer, Trivago, National Car Rental, John Deere inform media that they will contained their ads on Bill's hosted shows.
